Job Description
We are seeking experienced yard workers with knowledge in overhead cranes, forklift operations, and truck loading/unloading. This is an outdoor position that involves moving inventory and handling materials.
ResponsibilitiesWork in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Check, sort, and count incoming materials.Assist in preparing warehouse operations for upcoming growth.Label shelves, parts, and bins appropriately.Move materials from the receiving area throughout the facility.Assist the warehouse team with moving raw materials to correct storage or staging locations.Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, and monthly as needed.Count, weigh, and record the number of units of material.Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.Unload trucks as necessary.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead.Follow safety rules and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Perform duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with overhead cranes.Forklift operation and certification.Experience in manufacturing.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in outdoor conditions.Attention to detail in material handling.Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and safety-oriented, with all necessary tools provided. During the summer, it can be hot, but doors are kept open to provide ventilation. The position requires mandatory overtime of 10-15 hours, with a shift differential of 15% for the third shift. The first shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, and the second shift is from 3 pm to 2 am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70
