Job Duties Upon completing the training program, Aquatics Swim Instructors teach water acclimation, survival, and stroke development skills to students of all ages and abilities, as well as attend periodic, in-service trainings to remain up to date on British Swim School standards.
  Successful candidates are reliable, nurturing, energetic, and love to have fun NO competitive swimming background or swim instruction experience is required Requirements Confident in the water - Ideally, familiar with all four strokes Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress Ability to work in a positive way with a wide range of students and varying ages Complete the British Swim School Training program -Preferred- Teaching or coaching experience CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Certifications Benefits and Perks Flexible schedules (3-5 hours) convenient for after-school & second jobs Paid training & Lifeguard Certification Fun work environment and culture Employee referral program Quarterly (actually fun) team events such as escape rooms, trampoline parks, zip-lining, and bowling to name a few!   Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
