If so please read on as we may have the role for you. As a Project Worker supporting young people you will be working for an established provider of housing support and resettlement within a service for young people aged 16-24.

The ideal candidate:
You will be passionate about wanting to support young people and have the flexibility to commit to shifts on a rota basis.Your energy, creativity and positive 'can do' attitude will be key, as will your ability to work confidently with the young people to help them create their own confidence. You will have experience of working with young people and with those with a mental health issue, or learning disability and autism and have an understanding of those who may have experienced trauma.This role is ideal for those who want to be part of a great team and share your skills and knowledge.The good bit and benefits:
