Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

Overseeing all areas of assigned function, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.    Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects. Developing and evaluating opportunities for the creation of business cases/models Assess the implications of the business change, analyze and map business processes, and identify the required actions needed to transition Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience                                                                                                                                      

Must Have

Master’s degree holder with education background in related fields 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry, or related areas Learning agility and possess critical thinking skill Excellent English proficiency

 

Nice to Have

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect and work with a variety of people from different backgrounds Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
