Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications:   + Must be a high school student enrolled in the WI Youth Apprenticeship Program  + A growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve + Desire to be “hands on” and learn the Tool & Die trade **Working Conditions:** + Climate controlled Tool & Die shop Environment   + 1st or 2nd shift Opportunities The anticipated pay range for this position is $18-20 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
