Youth Care Professional - Girl's Group Home

Willow Trails Group Home is located in Andover, MN and is a part of Nexus-Mille Lacs. We offer a trauma-informed, family-centered, nationally recognized treatment for struggling teenage girls in a Group Home setting where we work with our youth in character growth, emotional healing, and social maturity while confronting the core issues that resulted in their placement. Effective and positive behavior techniques are incorporated to promote healing in addition to addressing underlying trauma and mental health needs.

As a Youth Care Professional you will:

Provide mentorship and supervision of residents according to established guidelines and procedures. Participate with co-workers as a team to ensure youth receive quality services. Ensure resident safety and collaborate with co-workers to maintain an environment that is positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic. Conduct 30-minute well-being checks on youth. Assume staff-in-charge duties when assigned Perform other responsibilities, tasks and projects as needed, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, documentation etc.

Education, Credentials and Experience

High School diploma or GED required Minimum 21 years of age Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and corporate driving requirements Experience working with families and trauma-exposed children and adolescents in a residential treatment

Pay and Schedule: 

Rotating weekends Saturdays and Sundays: 9am-9pm; 2 Weekdays: 1pm-9pm Monday - Friday: 1pm-9pm $18 an hour!
