Youth Care Worker 4-day Work Week!

What you will do:

As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for our youth. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.

To be considered you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and have a genuine passion for working with youth, to include the commitment to their well-being and success. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with at risk youth.

Shifts/Schedule Hiring For:

A-shift

Sun-Tuesday 8am-10pm with a 2-hour break Wed -8am-4pm with a 2-hour break

B-shift

Wed 2pm-10pm with a 1-hour break Thus-Saturday 8am-10pm with 2-hour break.
