Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Youth & Family Engagement Administrator in Midtown, Manhattan. The hours are Monday-12-7, Tuesday-Thursday 10-7, Friday 10-4:30, during the school year, and 9:00am-5:30pm in the summer.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Senior Director's and direct reports and update the education calendarManage travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and other administrative tasksHandle registration for all family, religious school, camp programs, and trips through SalesforceSupport Youth and Family Education CommitteeMaintain class lists and attendance records for religious school and campMonitor attendance records for part time staff and submit payrollHandle phone lines and delivering messagesWork collaboratively with all members of the department

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of administrative experienceKnowledge of synagogue life/ Jewish education is a plusExcellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong attention to detail
