Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to join the Exos team. As a Youth Soccer Coach you will: 

Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging weekly set of lessons, drills, and games

Plan and conduct activities that promote participant self-esteem and encourage participant success.

Provide opportunities for each participant to meet established goals

Set a good example for participants and others including, punctuality, dress, language, and behavior

Plan for the safety of all participants.

Work independently, with the support of the Recreation Manager to meet established

Other duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children in the particular sport

Highly qualified motivator and communicator

Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications

Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must have prior experience working with children.
