Love a Change of Scenery? This position reports to several locations in Weston Mills, Falconer and Lancaster, NY , and we’ll even pay mileage if you’re covering shifts outside of your home base. What You’ll Be Doing: We’re looking for folks who can stand firm when needed but also offer a kind word and a listening ear. If you’re ready to make a difference and find creative solutions on the fly, this might be the job for you. + Keep youth safe and supported through everyday activities. + Guide daily tasks like school prep, chores, and life skills. + Lend a hand when someone’s struggling — with empathy and patience. + Lead group activities and fun recreational outings. + Work with a team to create and follow care plans. + Stay on top of records and incident reports. + Help youth build better futures. What We’re Looking For: + Must Have: A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. + Nice to Have: Experience working with youth or in a similar role. We want to emphasize that the preferred qualifications are not required and that we are committed to helping our future colleagues develop these preferred skills.
