Job Description:
The Zerto Cloud and Channel Solution Architect is responsible for the end-to-end technical design of comprehensive solutions that address customer business challenges, integrating HPE products, services, and third-party components. This role is primarily focused on partner enablement and solution implementation, covering the EMEA region and engaging with key partners. The position involves implementing Zerto across HPE, Azure, and other cloud environments, ensuring successful onboarding and enablement of partners, and driving marketing campaigns and customer success initiatives.
This position is critical in developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with partners, acting as a dedicated technical resource to help them succeed in delivering Zerto-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Provide ongoing and proactive technical management of assigned partners, including monthly status calls, product updates, design reviews, and business reviews.Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of Zerto across HPE, Azure, and other environments, ensuring smooth technical integrations.Regional Coverage: Engage partners across the EMEA region.Multilevel Selling & Enablement: Train and enable partner Sales Engineers and Systems Engineers to position and sell Zerto solutions effectively.Customer Success: Work closely with partners and end customers to ensure seamless post-sales support and implementation.Marketing & Evangelization: Support marketing campaigns, represent Zerto at industry events, and evangelize solutions through social media.Partner Onboarding: Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring technical and sales readiness to promote Zerto solutions.Technical Support & Consultation: Act as a trusted technical advisor, assisting partners with design reviews, proof of concepts (PoCs), and architecture discussions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Interact with internal development and engineering teams to ensure the product aligns with partner needs and provide feedback to Product Management.Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: 5 - 8 years in software/hardware presales or technical account management roles.Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience in multiple service implementations.VMware & Hypervisor Knowledge: Deep understanding of VMware products, vSphere, vCenter and vCloud DirectorChannel Background: Proven experience working with partners (Partner Sales, Partner Development, Partner Enablement).Travel: Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with public cloud solutions (Azure preferred).Managed Service Provider Background: Understanding of MSP environments and X-aaS models.Networking & Storage Knowledge: Familiarity with SAN, NAS, DAS, and network administration.Certifications: VCP, MCSE, CCNA, or other relevant technical certifications.Language Skills: French + any other European language preferred.Why Join HPE?
