The Impact You Will Have
Executive in-charge of field operations in Zone, working closely with Zonal Underwriting, , client development and national business leaders to formulate and execute distribution strategies within the Zone. Coordinates resources among business developers, underwriters & claims with Global, International brokers and clients to execute on global, national and local strategies.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Distribution Zone Leadership will have a sharp focus on strengthening and enhancing broker relationships across the zone and ensuring the Allianz appetite is understood. They will execute go-to-marketing strategies in our core geographies by working in close collaboration with product leaders to deliver tailored, distribution solutions. Zone Leaders will also provide local brokerages a clear access point into the organization. Act as lead broker engagement representative in zone, as well as primary interface between and among, Product Leaders, Claims, multinational and other key areas Develop balanced pipeline with target accounts / submissions to fulfill financial targets and desired business mix Engage and coordinate with Marketing to tailor specific Zone requirements for market presence and brand awareness Build and maintain relationships, and generate trust and credibility, with key people who impact the buying decision Ensure client data base (Salesforce.com) SFDC is fully populated and kept current at all times with relevant client strategies and client information for the entire Zone Facilitate brokers' understanding of Allianz Commercial underwriting appetites and capabilities,What You’ll Bring to the Role
10 years experience in proven track record in Underwriting or Development role in industrial / specialty insurance business 10 years experience in successful track record of prospecting new clients in industrial / specialty insurance segment 10 years experience fostering long term, profitable relationships at senior level in broker and client organizations 5-7 years experience of working in international organization, and overseas assignment or equivalent exposure to international insurance programs 10 years experience in track record of leadership and influencing others without authority Degree preferred, in e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Law Professional qualification preferred, e.g. ACII (or equivalent) or progress towards.The annualized base pay range for this role is $147,672 - $264,352. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
