Salary Details:

All TSJFC employees receive a complimentary membership to all of The St. James facilities. Coaching education support is also available to all staff members. Additional Compensation Opportunities include: -Camps @ $1,000 per week -USL-Y @ $2500 per team -Futsal Academy @ $3000 per team -Clinics and Private/ Semi-Private Lessons from $75-$200 per hour

The St. James Football Club continues to be a leader in grassroots and competitive soccer by investing heavily in the best possible leadership team and coaches for our programs.  This Zone 2 Age Group Lead role for our South (Fairfax) Girls is a crucial position within our organizational hierarchy and player development pathway. 

Management and oversight of our 2014 & 2015 Girls Pre-Academy Teams and overall oversight of the 2014 & 2015 Girls Age Groups within the South Region These teams are the top girls teams in the club for Zone 1 & Zone 2 and compete at the highest competitive levels available in the region. These teams participate in top tournaments, generally in the top brackets in events like:  WAGS, Jefferson Cup, NCFC Showcase, etc. Work closely with our Girls Director of Coaching on Macro & Micro Scheduling Head Coaching duties for the 2014 & 2015 Girls Pre-Academy Teams Working in partnership with our Zone 2 Girls Coaches in our other Regions Working in partnership with the other coaches in the 2014 & 2015 age groups to continue to develop and identify players who should progress into the top Pre-Academy teams. Work closely with our Girls Academy Director in preparation of teams moving into the Girls Academy division Manage off season programs for the teams Conduct seasonal IDP and Player Evaluation programs Support club programs and initiatives Attend club and staff meetings as requested This role would include a promotion into the Girls Academy staff for 2026-2027 season, advancing with the 2014 girls into U13 age group.

Candidates should:

Must have a minimum of USSF or UEFA B License  Have a minimum of 5 years coaching Travel Soccer Ability to communicate and lead effectively Have the ability to physically execute basic, technical training and skills development Must be a US Citizen and be eligible to work in the United States (no Visa Sponsorships available for this position)
