Zone Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead Zone daily operations for multiple DCs within the West Oregon Zone. Lead team of salaried Operations Managers, Team Supervisors, and Frontline employees Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service, and safety Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues Motivate the team to achieve performance targets Coach team to facilitate problem solving Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- & long-term performance goals Cost center P&L management Day-to-day warehouse operations and solve Zone operational issues Interface with product direct delivery customers, vend customers and Frito-Lay Sales associates Strong partnership with Sales, Traffic and Region partners to ensure strong service performance. Motivate team members to achieve plan goals Collaborate with peers to implement processes Ability to influence external partners High drive for taking initiative Seek out and implement best practices Develop individuals and team to solve own day-to-day operational issues Develop and execute against annual/quarterly service targets and objectives Perform deep dives and make necessary adjustments Administer policies and practices Infrastructure enhancements/upgrades and facility upkeep Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues Ensure FOMs develop and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, OBW venues, processes, etc.) Lead TDD operations and ensure all DOT regulations are up to date and followed properly Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same Multiple work streams/project management across facilities with in the Southwest Region Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
