Delivers software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Protects operations by keeping information confidential.Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 5-7 Years of experienceGood understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.Product Catalog and Charge ModelsExpert in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating. Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM & HTML templatesWorked on Zuora Order line-item feature - Create Order line-item, create Invoice order line item.Subscription lifecycle management – Create, update, renew, cancel etc.Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processesMass create/update/delete at/for multiple objectsExperience in developer tools, postman toolsExperience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways, Data analytics platforms and tax systemMust have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs,Payment Gateways.Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, Permissions, Billing templatesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora configurations, integrations, and data flows. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices. Stay up-to-date with Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and utilization.
