Job Description:

GL function including Fixed Asset maintenance.Support, process and review payroll related tasks.Ensure timely, proper accounting and validation of inter-company billingProvide GL and Financial Service support to specified country/location in compliance with the Service Level AgreementEnsure proper and correct integration of data from sub-system into the General Ledger systemPerform month end close accruals for each location where neededPerform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basisSupport specified country/location to provide actual information required for special projects or surveysFollow-up with Controllers/Manager to obtain customer feedback and customer satisfaction rating of services providedLiaise with various location on Inter-company chargebackSupport Corporate Accounting on maintenance of General Ledger policies and procedures for SOX complianceEnsure proper record retention for all General Ledger records in compliance with Corporate and local supported site requirementAnalysis between month-to-month expenses and forecast to actual expensesHandle ad-hoc request/project

Requirements/Qualifications:

Professional/Degree specialization in AccountingExperience with minimum 2 - 3  years and familiar with accounting systemsAudit & Internal ControlsStrong Accounting KnowledgePreferably with MNC experienceMalaysian payroll process
