Job Description:

Ensure prompt payment to vendors and subcontractors.

Reconcile suppliers’ accounts and resolve differences.

Deals with Planning, Purchasing and Receiving departments for immediate issue resolution.

Perform weekly payment run and wire payment transfer.

Prepare and analyze A/P aging reports and monitor accruals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Diploma; Degree in Accountancy or Business-related course

Working Experience

At least 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable/GL section with AX Dynamics 2009 & 20212 proficiency
