Shape and influence talent and organizational strategies at a leading memory and storage solutions company. Collaborate with the Senior Vice President (SVP) and leadership to align talent strategies with our ambitious goals.
In this role, you will challenge, coach, and develop senior leaders. You will ensure HR programs and plans help drive business priorities and lead collaboration with HR functions and business leaders to influence the design and implementation of the programs and initiatives. You will be jointly accountable with executives for functional performance.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Connect people to HR strategy and drive organizational communication strategyEstablish, lead and advise strategy organizational talent vision and strategies that drives best in class hiring, team member development, retention, rewards, and empowerment of top talent.Translate functional strategy into people strategy, and understand implications.Use data to anticipate trends and interpret impact on business and people strategies, recommend actions.Communicate the people vision, results, organization change initiatives.Champion connections and articulate the linkages between business initiatives and outcomes that prioritize people within the organization, with partners, and across the enterprise.Influence and drive business resultsDefine specific initiatives to achieve people strategies. Drive HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results at the functional level.Navigate the function to influence decisions and actions outside of the HR business function.Continuously lead the advancement of culture, engagement, diversity, and inclusion.Define clear success measures and metrics in line with business goals.Influence leaders to prioritize and drive culture, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives and in actions with teams.Other main responsibilitiesOrganizational planning/Talent Pipeline (Senior directors and above, High Potential Team Members and Key Talent).Strategic workforce planning, including global footprint optimization/refresh and people movement.Onboarding executives (VP and above)Active participation in Executive Staff meetings, offsite planning, development.Partnering with Employee Relations on the investigation of high-profile cases.Travel approximately 20%.Requirement:Ability to support executives globally across different timezones.Ability to drive strategy into execution.10+ years of serving in a global/regional Human Resources role for a multinational company in a complex environment.Demonstrable experience in Organization development/effectivenessExperience in coaching senior leaders and executives.Previous HR Business Partner experience.B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Human Resources or related experience.About Micron Technology, Inc.
