Deeply exposed to broad-based view of how Probe operations runs Expected to identify opportunities for operations and process improvements through data analytics & propose solutions to realize gains from the identified opportunitiesExpected to drive implementation of these solutions through both improvements to business process & deploying software solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

Enhance Probe’s capability to perform real-time reporting, monitoring and flagging of Production issues using Tableau & customized software solutionsDevelop innovative software solutions for Engineering & Production teams to reduce turn-around time in resolving issuesImplement code to automate material tracking, product disposition & validation to ensure high-quality products for end-customersCollaborate with the worldwide Probe community on projects with significant impact to Probe

Job Requirements :

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Candidates with strong grasp of C, Perl, Linux, SQL, Tableau skills preferred.Experience on Semiconductor Manufactory is preferred.Strong logical thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to handle multiple priorities at once and stay focus on critical issuesSuccessfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on effective team dynamicsStrong problem solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and eliminationSolid technical judgment with good analytical and problem solving skillsProven ability to deliver results while working under pressure
