Description: Internship program aims to let the students gain technical skillset needed as a NAND Process Engineer e.g. equipment maintenance, pm planning, process/equipment troubleshooting and finding opportunity to improve equipment performance
Project Scope: In this project, the student will
Understand the basics of NAND process development and contribute to a sub-project under the guidance of experienced team members.Gain understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment operation and understand the manufacturing capability of specific processes (Qual and Inline monitoring, Chamber maintenance, Process setup etc.)Liaise with other equipment engineers, process engineers, shift operations, and vendors on resolving process or equipment issues.Interacts with cross functional teams to solve low to moderate complexity problem through technical and data analysis.Exhibits project management skills and regularly exchanges progress to supervisor on project status, timeline and outlook.Works on structural characterization (TEMs, cross section SEMs) to derive conclusions aimed to solve process related issues.Understand the nuance of Design of Experiments (DoE), execute and analyze the experimental results to find optimization.Requirement:
