JR63797 Operations Central Team Frontend Cost Excellence Senior EngineerResponsibilities
Drive Cost, Max Out and/or Labor Productivity goals
• Understand short-term and long-term Cost, Max Out and Labor Productivity goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals. Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals
• Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
• Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting
• Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance
Deliver tactical support and program management
• Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables
• Enable program success through subject matter expertise
• Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports
• Identify potential road blocks, develop and execute resolution plans
• Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners
• Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Communication
• Conduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and MCT leadership team
• Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes
• Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
• Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals
• Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness
