Job Description:
Manage subcontractor or contract manufacturer for IPS/SIC module line ensuring completion of lots per promised dates to support revenue goal for each quarter.Generates Work Order for product assembly based upon priorities/ or as schedule given by MPL using ERP tool.Ensures all critical notations to build specific product are clearly stated on the Work order traveler including IDM (Item Detail Master) per product type.Review material support using MRP Planning Tool before creating work order to prevent line stoppage and support continuous assembly.Print and Issue Work Order Traveler/Ticket and IDM to Production (Subcon)/Internal Assembly LineReview on a regular basis WIP movement at subcons to ensure lot completion per commit date and help in addressing issues that may cause delay in the assembly of the products.Clearly communicates requirements for regular builds, Engg/special builds to Internal production planner, QA and Die bank/Stores personnel to prevent problems during materials issuance and assembly.Collaborates Subcons/Internal Assembly Production Planner, QA, Diebank/Stores, Planning admin to resolve issues/concerns that may result to delay in issuance of materials to Production Area.Work side by side with Internal Assembly Production Planner to ensure deliveries and priorities of Engg builds are met per defined cycle time and Engg reports are provided on time for products needing them.Provides relevant information to the Business Unit (BU) and MPL’s for any issues/problems that may delay completion of prodcutsInform immediate Supervisor of any issues that may cause delay in endorsement of Work order traveler to Diebank/Stores/Assembly line or for any help need.Support monthly and quarterly targets (KPI) sets by the Department Head and Business Unit (BU).Ensure that the quality of the work and output is always maintained.Always follow defined procedure and processesPerform other duties that may be assigned from time to timeRequirements/Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering with 1-2yrs experience as production control, preferably from semiconductor companyOther Engineering course with production planning and control experience are welcome to apply
Preferably with working experience in Semiconductor industryMust be a residence in Laguna or willing to relocate in LagunaKnowledge in semiconductor/electronics industryAbility to clearly communicate in verbal and in writingHonest, trustworthy, driven and fast learnerKnowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Travel Time:
