Job Description:

-        Perform Quality Assurance activities

o   Define QA Strategy as per ASPICE 3.1

o   Support and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE 3.1.

o   Identify and track work product and process performance objectives.

o   Coordinate and track software quality assurance activities.

o   Facilitate in defining Project performance metrics.

o   Perform Internal QA audit as per ASPICE 3.1 and IATF.

o   Escalation of Non conformances.

o   Generate QA report and present to Management.

o   Facilitate in Process implementation.

o   Perform release and process performance reviews

o   Mentoring/Training to Project team

-        Some Travel Required

Requirements/Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent).3-7 years of experience working on various standards like ASPICE, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries.Hands on Experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects.  Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards.Good knowledge Risk management, metrics analysis etc.High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).Flexible with travel
