We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Front-End Manufacturing team in various Tool Installation Coordinator roles. We have six exciting opportunities available:

As a Tool Installation Coordinator at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for owning the scope, schedule, and budget of the tool installation program. You will work in partnership with Site Facilities, Global Procurement, and the TD network to align and implement our global business strategy. Your role will involve driving continuous improvements to meet industry benchmarks and ensuring Micron’s leadership in ID1 Tool Installation!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of tool-install day-to-day operations, including dynamic scheduling, quality control, resource planning, material inventories, work procedures, document compliance, cost management, and contractor oversight.Lead the tool installation program to optimization and provide benchmarking to achieve business goals and objectives.Ensure adequate internal and external resources to create alignment.Maintain global relationships and provide clear, qualitative data analysis for higher management.Leadership and Team Building:
Encourage, mentor, and empower team members to propose their ideas and support implementation.Optimally delegate and prioritize issues for the team.Proactively work towards creating a positive working environment through timely conflict management and resolution.Strategic/Tactical Leadership:
Track metrics for benchmarking ID1 TI Performance. Identify and share BKMs across sites and track compliance to agreed-upon alignment to Best Known Method (BKM).Provide tactical support and coordination for the Fab as required for issues of Safety, Output, and Cost.Demonstrate good organization skills and the ability to plan and prioritize.Possess excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.Empower team members through engagement, supervise employee development plans, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular and consistent performance evaluations for all direct employees.Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant semiconductor experience.Flexibility and ability to lead changes.Strong communication and presentation skills.Detailed understanding of TI procedures.Shown understanding of Wet Process, CMP, Dry Etch, PAC (Pump, Abatement, and Chiller), PH (Photo), or DiFI (Diffusion and Implant), PCVD (PVD and CVD) equipment and processes.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.Strong background in Wafer Fab Facilities systems or Manufacturing production equipment, with direct experience in HVM tool ramps preferred.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.Self-motivated and ability to work independently.At Micron, we champion a culture of collaboration. This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to lead changes and optimize procedures.
